A. We'll start from drawing lesson. There are colourful pencils and a sheet of paper. Let us draw our school. (Pupils read the tasks and do them: a yellow house, a brown floor, green tree, orange, pink flowers, yellow sun, grey cloud, black birds)

Draw and say: This is a yellow school, etc.

Who wants to sum up? (Pupil describes the whole picture: This is my school. This is a black floor, etc.)

We've done our task well and let's find the first secret word. Read, where we must go further, (to the mathematics lesson).

 

B. We are at the maths lesson now. First of all let's memorize numbers (Teacher shows numbers, pupils name them).

Now read the numbers (Teacher shows the numbers in words, pupil read them).

Now let us do sums.

Teacher tells the sums, pupils do them on the blackboard and tell them.

Teacher shows the cards with written sums, pupils read, solve them and write on the blackboard and tell them:

one plus one is...

three plus three is...

four plus three is...

eight plus two is...

ten minus five is..

seven minus six is...

three minus two is...

six minus three is

 

We've done our task well and let's find the second secret word. Read where we must go further (to the physical education lesson).

C. We are all tired and it's high time to have some exercises. Who wants to be a coach? Hands up, hands down, hands on hips, sit down, hands up, hands to the sides, bend left, bend right one, two, three, hop one, two, three, stop.

Let's do exercises for our fingers (Shark's family) (вправа супроводжується рухами пальчиків, різними для кожного члена сім'ї.)

Baby shark — (2 times)

Sister shark — (2 times)

brother shark — (2 times)

mother shark — (2 times)

father shark — (2 times)

granny shark — (2 times)

grandpa shark — (2 times)

lady swim (2 times)

(леди побачила акул, поплила скоріше) —

lady swim (2 times)

ham-happy shark (2 times)

We've done our task well and let's find the third secret word. Read where we must go further, (to the canteen).

 

D. We are at the canteen. You can see many fruits and vegetables here. Let's memorize them. (Teacher shows the pictures, puoils name them). We have a pan and a ladder. Who wants to be a cook?

Who are you? I am a cook. I want to cook borsch. Who wants to help me?

Pupils come in turn and tell: I want to put a cabbage into borsch.

Borsch is ready. I have a carrot, etc. in my borsch. Taste it. Is it yummy? — Yes, it is tasty./It is yammy.

We've done our task well and lets find the forth secret word. Read where we must go further, (to the music lesson).

 

E. We are at the music lesson. Let's repeat the words of the song and then sing it.

 

pupils read the lines of the song after the teacher (echo)

pupil sing the song (karaoke).

 

We've done our task well and let's find the fifth secret word. Read where we must go last, (join the drama group).

 

F. You know we have a drama group at our school. We want to show you a puppet theatre, a famous fairy tale "The Turnip".

Grandfather. Oh what a big turnip we have in our kitchen-garden. I want to pull it out. One, two, three — oh, it's too big for me. Granny, granny, help me, please!

Grandmother. All right, grandfather, I'm coming. One, two, three — oh, its too big for me. Granddaughter, granddaughter, help me, please!

Granddaughter. All right, granny, I'm coming. One, two, three — oh, it's too big for me. Dog, dog, help me, please!

Dog. All right, granddaughter, I'm coming. One, two, three — oh, it's too big for me. Cat, cat, help me, please!

Cat. All right, dog, I'm coming. One, two, three - oh, it's too big for me. Mouse, mouse, help me, please!

Mouse. All right, cat, I'm coming. One, two, three, One, two, three.

Turnip. Here I am!

All together. Oh, what a big turnip!

And we found out our last secret word. Let's read the whole sentence.

"I love my school very much." Do you love our school? (Pupils answer)

What lesson do you like best of all? — I like music best of all etc.

You worked well. Your marks are...

Your home task is to solve more sums (tasks on cards).

Мета:

Увести новий лексичний матеріал.

Увести Present Continuous Tense (wear — wearing; I am — I'm, he is — he's, she is — she's, you are — you're)1.

Тренувати учнів у складанні речень із wear + clothes у тепе­рішньому тривалому часі.

Розвивати навички діалогічного мовлення.

Учити учнів складати монологічні висловлювання, креативно мислити за допомогою методу проектів.

Практикувати учнів у читанні та письмі.

Розвивати навички аудіювання.

Виховувати охайність, сумлінне ставлення до навчання та інтерес до вивчення англійської мови.

✓ Ігри.

УРОК 1

Мета:

✓Увести новий лексичний матеріал та відпрацювати його вимову,

✓професії: cowboy, nurse, pirate,

✓одяг: dress, shirt, shoe, T-shirt, hat, trousers.

✓Подати новий граматичний матеріал: теперішній тривалий час дієслова to wear - wearing.

✓Практикувати вживання лексико-граматичного матеріалу.

✓Розвивати навички аудіювання та читання.

✓Виховувати повагу до різних професій, інтерес до вивчення англійської мови, сумлінне ставлення до навчання.

Обладнання: картки зі звуками, малюнки «Одяг», Pupil's book (p. 53), Workbook (p. 69), cassete (53:1), пісня "Who is wearing orange today?", аудіозапис для проведення фізкультхвилинки. Тип: урок вивчення нового матеріалу.
