Please explain what mechanisms have been put in place for ensuring the quality of the project and how the evaluation will be carried out. Please define the specific quality measures established, as well as the benchmarks and indicators foreseen to verify the outcome of the action. Make sure that the information in this section is consistent with the project Logical Framework Matrix (limit 3000 characters).

The Quality Control and Monitoring (QC&M) involves planning and performing all quality assurance activities focuses on evaluation of its progress, outcomes and results. The objectives are: (1) to provide responsive mechanisms to identify as early as possible any amendments; proper deviation should be initiated, (2) to employ quality standards for all activities and, therefore, guarantee that project outcomes meet certain quality criteria, (3) to provide extensive assess of the project through the external and internal evaluation, inter-CBHE/Tempus coaching; QC&M will focus on: Process: Ensure responsibilities of all partners regarding quality, i.e., all processes are organized and monitored with a high level of effectiveness and quality. Products: Emphasis will be placed on (1) development GameHub: Competence Mapping of which will be drafted during EU training in Graz (P4) and validated the developed concept by external evaluator on Nov.2016; (2) settling the game labs (through internal validation (technical, methodological, pedagogical)), (3) creating learning modules – teaching and learning resources. The criteria set by the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 36 standard will be adopted aiming high quality on content, functionality, usability, efficiency, maintainability and portability (internal evaluation will be used); (4) design the pilot - training based on the 18 learning modules and competence profiles needed for game industry. The prepared training of each UA HEIs will be assessed as internally and externally by hired evaluator on Oct.2017. The QC&M will involve the development of some internal tools that will be part of the project reports: - Quality Control Group leads all quality evaluation activity in the project; - Quality Control and Monitoring Plan describes a quality assurance and monitoring procedure. It will set up during 1st QCG meeting. It includes the task identification and milestones regarding quality assess and QC&M methodologies and tools (e.g. questionnaires, target groups, pre and post-tests) foreseen throughout the project. - Internal evaluation reports monitor and review the development of the project (management) and the design and development of the university’s GameHub, game lab, and learning/training modules/resources. It will be the outcome of formative-ongoing evaluation. The description of methodology and evaluation tools for this evaluation will be included in the report. It will be issued by P4 – leader of QC&M WP, and P7-P12 on month 6 and periodically updated (M12, M18, M24, M30 and M36). The report will present the quality assessment of final products, services and educational material, including results of their pilot use. When discrepancy is identified during internal project assess, the P1-UDeusto is responsible to initiate resolution actions while the Executive board will provide suitable solution. External evaluation reports will be produced by the external experts that will present an independent view on the GameHub products. The recommendation on the improvement if necessary will be provided. For the exchange of experiences in implementation of CNHE projects coaching by Tempus experts are planned. Therefore, the combination of two approaches (internal and external evaluation) ensures the adequacy between project’s objectives and its outputs, its approach and planned impact on the target groups.
