The GameHub dissemination and exploitation activities ensure effective use of the project outcomes during and beyond the project. All partners share the responsibility for reaching the stakeholders, and policy makers through efficient dissemination and exploitation work. The dissemination and exploitation will be performed in two ways -by using established informational and business networks of partners, and by presenting at business events.
The dissemination is starting from the beginning of the project. It will include:
- Project website, established and regular updated with ongoing project results and outputs. Full info will be presented in Ukrainian, the main one will be summarized in English;
- Promotional materials electronic and printed: logo of GameHub, leaflets, roll up, etc.
- Info days and public appearances in media (local/national TV or newspapers): nine events per UA HEIs during the project will be organized;
- Dissemination workshops and round tables - 2 per year organized at each university (P7-P12) for a wide target audience of HE teachers and researchers, representatives of IT and game industries, secondary schools teachers, unemployment centers as well the students of engineering study programs. The aim of these activities is initiating a dialog between all players (educators, developers and end-users) of national game educational production,
- Three job fairs organized in frame of university-enterprises cooperation,
- The conference on “Game Design and Gamification in Ukraine” will held in the 3rd project year in Kiev. According to the “Dealbook of Ukraine”, on national level there is a lack of communication events of game developers between HEI and industry as well as in GI itself. Because of this we believe after project the conference will be transformed into annual international event in Ukraine. EU experts in game design will be invited to present current tendency in the field.
For efficient dissemination to interested parties we plan online release GameHub educational materials for teachers and learners (training materials, collected articles, and information bulletins).
The university’s GameHub establishing as consulting, training, and education center will play an essential role in exploitation of the significant project outcomes and results. The members of GameHub – HE teachers, students, representatives of enterprises and university authorities - will catalyze such activities. On the basis of these centers the university-enterprises seminars and discussion points will be organized using national and European universities’ partnerships. Additionally, the students will get info for job-vacancies in the field. P7-12 will work toward a broad involvement of their members in using developed education resources in university curriculum. The GameHub will seek for the accreditation them. All materials, reports and apps produced during project life cycle will be available as OER. The GameHub members can consult and develop Bachelor or Master study programme on game design on the demand of university administration. Although game-based learning approach in school curriculum is out of the scope of this project, the training for the school teachers for gamification of teaching methods can be devise in future in the GameHub centers. The commercial exploitation will be investigated during the project.
