When the runway is damp a thick cloud of tiny drops of water close to or just above land or sea; thick mist.
When the runway is wet it is covered with soft, usually dirty, melting snow.
Sleet is it is covered, soaked or moistened with water.
When there is slush on the runway weather condition in which temperature falls below freezing point.
