Cut off the power of driver so that the abrupt damage may be avoided.

1、确认联轴器轮彀牢固地安装到驱动器轴上。（ 这也是检查泵端轮彀的好时机）。

Make sure the coupling wheels are firmly installed to the coupling shaft.(This is also a

good chance to check the wheels on pump end).

2、 接上驱动器电源。Connect the drive power

3、 确认每个零件是清洁的。点动驱动器以确定转动方向，转动方向必须与轴承部件上转

向牌的指示一致。一般来说安装或检修后转向应该是调好的。

Make sure that each part is clean. Jog the drive to determine the direction of rotation, the direction

of rotation must be turned to the direction of the brand and the bearing parts.

联接泵和驱动器 Connect the pump and driver

为了防止突然转动和人身伤害，切断驱动器电源。

Cut off the power first so that there is no damage for life and equipment.

1、参照联轴器的尺寸检查联轴器轮彀之间的间隙，必 须调整时应移动驱动器而不是移动泵。

To check the space between the wheels by referring to the instructions and manuals.

Adjust but not move the pump and driver.

2、 使用百分表和塞尺检查联轴器角度和平行的对中。见第 3 节对中的标准。

Use a centesimal meter and a tuck to check the angles and parallel degree for

couplings.(See the third part description for alignment).

3、 安装联轴器护罩。Install a coupling guard

未正确安装联轴器护罩不得操作泵。假如泵运行时没有联轴器护罩，将发生人

身伤害。

You must not operate the pump if the couplings guard is not installed corrected. Life

damage may occurred if the pump running without coupling guards.

密封液体的连接 The connection fluid for sealing

为了令人满意地运行，密封面之间必须有液体膜以润滑。参考密封的接头位置图。

In order to running successfully, it is necessary to have fluid to lubricate the seals.

Please refer to the joint head position drawing for seals.

冲洗/冷却密封可以使用的一些方法是：

Some of the cooling flushing methods are as follows:

★自冲洗……在这种布局中，从泵壳用管子连接冲洗（需要时用外部热交换器冷却）， 然

后注进密封腔。

Self flushing ……In this arrangement, flush the casing with a pipe (use a outer heat

exchanger to cool), then inject it into the sealing housing.

★外冲洗……从外来源直接向密封腔注进清洁、冷的相容液体。冲洗液必须大于密封腔压

力 0.14～0. 176 MPa。虽然机械密封说明书指示了正确的使用量，冲洗量一般应为 0.3～0.7

m 3 /h。

Outer flushing ……Directly inject fluid to the pump from out clear water source. The

flushing liquid pressure must larger than the sealing housing pressure than

0.14~0.176MPa.

Although the mechanical seal instruction can indicate right use, the flushing capacity

should be usual at 0.3~0.7m3/h

★循环冲洗法。参考泵、机械密封参考图和配管图供给的文件。

灌泵 Grouting the pump

在泵彻底灌水之前切勿启动泵。 Do not start the pump before complete grouting.

1、慢慢打开吸入阀。

Open the suction valve slowly.

1、打开在吸入/排出管道、泵体、密封腔、和密封管道（如有）上的排气孔，直至排出所存

的空气并只有液体流出。

Open the discharge hole on suction/discharge pipeline, casing, sealing house and

sealing pipeline, until all of the air is discharged and only liquid flow out.

2、关闭排气孔。Turn off the air discharge hole.

启动程序 Starting process

1、 必须安装所有与设备和人身安全相关的设施和控制器，并能正确地操作。

Please installing all of controllers relative to the safety for equipment and life, and

operate correctly.

2、 变速电动机应尽可能快达到额定速度。V ariable motor should up to rated speed asap.

3. 在低速下运行一台新的或大修过的泵，可能不能提供冲洗和接近转动面喉部衬套足够润

滑的流量。

When running a new pump or repaired pump under low speed, it may not supply

enough lubrication capacity.

启动泵 Starting the pump

1、确认吸入阀和任何再循环的或冷却的管线是畅通的。

Make sure the suction valve and any recycling or cooling pipeline is expedite.

2、关闭排出阀。Turn off the discharge valve.

3、启动驱动器。 Start the driver

立即观察压力表。假如不是快速达到排出压力，停止驱动器，重新灌泵并

重新启动。

Observe the pressure meter immediately, if it is not up to discharge pressure, stop the

driver, regrouting

the pump and restart up.

4、 慢慢打开排出阀，直至得到要求的流量。

Open the discharge valve, until the required capacity is reached.

观察泵的振动程度、轴承温度和噪声大小。假如超过正常的水平，关泵并解决 。

To check the vibration degree, bearing temperature and noise degree. If the class

exceed the normal level, please turn off the pump and settle the problem soon.

操作 Operation

总则 General

总是靠调节排出管线中的阀门来改变流量，切莫从吸入侧调节流量。

To change the capacity by adjusting the valves in discharge pipeline, just do not adjust

the capacity from suction end.

为了防止汽蚀或回流造成的损坏，总是在额定的条件下或在接近额定的条件下操作泵。

In order to prevent the NPSH or circumfluence damage, please operate the pump

under the rated terms or nearly the rated condition.

运行时检查 Checking when the pump is running

以下只是对泵操作时最少进行的检查。

The following is the minimum check under the pump operation

1. 对于配有辅助管道的泵机组，保证它们得到正常的流量。并且设备在正确地运行。

For the pump Unit, please make sure that they get normal capacity and the equipment

is running rightly.

2. 为了确定正常的运行状态，应该建立基线振动记录。假如确认机组的运行是剧烈的，向

生产工厂咨询。

In order to certify correct running condition, we should establish baseline record for

vibration. Once the abrupt running of the Unit is confirmed, please consult to

manufacturing factory.

3. 监察所有的表具，以保证泵在额定点下或在接近额定点运行。

Check all of the meters equipments, so that you can make sure the pump is running

under rated point or nearly the rated point, and make sure the suction strainer is

nonjam.

小流量下运行 Running under small capacity

不得在低于最小额定流量（最小连续稳定流量）或关闭排出阀时运行泵。由于

泵送介质的汽化，这些状态可能产生爆炸的危险，并且很快地导致泵的故障和

人身伤害。
