泵的安全要点

Security Note of Pump

安全防护 Safety protection:

★ 在安装已加热的轴承或使用轴承加热器时，要戴隔热的工作手套。

On installing the heated bearings or using bearing heaters, need to wear heat

insulation work glove.

★ 在接触有锐边的零件，尤其是叶轮时，要戴加厚的工作手套。

On contacting with the sharp edge of the parts, especially the impeller, need to wear

thick work gloves.

★ 要戴安全眼镜（有侧面防护的）， 尤其在机工车间。

Wear safety glasses (with side protection), particularly in the mechanic shop.

★ 在装卸零件、笨重的工具时，要穿钢包头的护足鞋。

On handling parts, heavy tools, need to wear special shoes to protect feet from

hurting.

★ 为避免接触有害/有毒流体，请用其它人身防护设备。

To avoid exposure to hazardous / toxic fluids, use other personal protective

equipment.

联轴器护罩 Protective guard of coupling:

★ 未正确安装联轴器护罩切勿启动泵。

You can not start the pump if protective guard of the coupling is not properly

installed.

法兰连接 Flange coupling:

★ 不得将管道强制连接到泵上。The pipe can not be forced to connect with the pump.

★ 只能使用尺寸和材料正确紧固件。 Only use the correct fastener size and material.

★ 保证没有遗漏紧固件。 To ensure that no missing fasteners.

★ 谨防紧固件被腐蚀或未拧紧。Avoid fasteners not tightened.

操作 Operation:

★ 不得在超出泵的参数范围内操作泵。

Shall not operate the pump exceed the parameters of the pump.

★ 不得在低于最小额定流量或关闭进/出口阀时启动泵。

Before running the equipment, check and ensure inlet valve being open completely

and outlet valve being closed completely. Start pump and then open the valve exports

gradually.

★ 系统带压时不得打开排气、疏水阀或移走螺塞。

System with the pressure is not allowed to open the exhaust vent and drain valve,

remove plug.

★ 假如已安装的安全设施被拆下，不得启动泵。

If the installation of safety devices have been demolished, not to start the pump.

维护安全 The maintenance of security:

★ 必须切断电源。 Cut off the power.

★ 由于未排出的输送液体有爆炸的危险，不得用加热的方法拆卸泵。

Transmission fluid is not discharged because of the risk of explosion, no way to

demolish the pump with the heating.

★ 在拆卸泵、移走螺塞或拆开管道之前，保证泵与系统分开并已释放压力。

Before dismantling pump, removing the plug or open the pipeline, ensure that pumps

and systems have been separated and release of pressure.

★ 为了防止严重的人身伤害，使用合适的起重和支撑设备。

In order to prevent serious personal injury, use suitable lifting equipment and support

equipment.

★ 遵守正确的排除污染程序。Observes the correct elimination pollution procedure.

★ 了解遵守公司安全规章。Understand and comply with company safety regulations.

遵守在泵的安装、操作和维护说明中强调的所有小心和警告事项。

PREFACE

本手册为 LRB(I)铝工业流程泵提供安装、操作和维护说明。本手册包括标准的结构和

可选用的通用方案。对于特殊的选项，使用补充的说明。在安装和维护泵之前，必须阅读和

了解本手册。

This manual provide useful instruction for LRB(I) series pump. The standard

construction and alternative universal plans are also included in this manual. For

special options, added instruction is used. Before installing and maintenance, it is

necessary to read and study this manual.

LRB(I)泵具有很高的可靠性。然而，任何机械设备的长期和令人满意的服务是由正确

的使用和安装、定期的检查、工况的监察和仔细的维护而增强和延长。本手册帮助操作者了

解这些泵的结构，并提供正确的安装、操作和维护方法。

LRB(I) pump have high reliability. However, for any mechanical equipment, the long

life and pleasant service can be insured by a proper using, installing, inspection,

supervision, and maintenance. This brochure can help operators to know more about

the construction and provide an exact installing, operating, maintenance methods.

由于不遵守本手册中的安装、操作和维护说明而引起的人身伤害、设备毁坏或误工，

山东双轮概不负责。

During the course of installing, operating and maintenance, if damages occurred

deviated from the requirements by this manual, SSG will not take on any

responsibility.

只有在使用真正的原厂提供的 LRB(I)型铝工业流程泵零件时我们的质保才有效。

Our guarantee can be taken effect only by using our own parts for LRB(I), not by any

other manufacturers.

除非事先得到山东双轮书面批准，在工作中完全不按指令使用设备，我们将取消质保。

If you do not get the official approval from SSG, and once defects occurred, we will

do not guarantee the problem of pump
