Check the oil amount、pressure and power. If the pump performance is not complied

with your site requirement, please dismantle the pump and have a good check.

轴承的维护 Maintenance for bearings

LRB（I）铝工业流程泵轴承均采用脂润滑。

For LRB pump bearings are all employed with swing grease lubrication.

泵装配时已在轴承室添加了润滑脂。 We have added grease when assemble.

轴封的维护 Maintenance for shaft sealing

泵配机械密封时，生产商的参考图随资料袋一起提供。该参考图应该保存，用于以后的维护

和调整密封，并根据密封图布置冲洗和冷却管路。在启动泵之前，必须安装和检查密封及所

有的辅助管道。

Before starting the pump, we must install and inspect the mechanical seal and all of

the other auxiliary pipeline.

机械密封寿命取决于多种因素，诸如所输送液体的洁净度和它的润滑性质。由于使用工况多

样化，明确表示密封寿命是不可能的。

The life of mechanical seal is depended on many factors, such as the cleaness and the

lubricating character. Since the duty is various, so it is impossible to indicate the life

of mechanical seals.

未对机械密封供给液体切勿操作泵。干运行机械密封即使几秒钟也能损坏密封，

所以必须避免。假如机械密封失效，能引起人身伤害。

Warning: Please do not operate the pump unless you fill liquid to the mechanical seal.

The mechanical If the mechanical seals are out of work, then life damage may occur.
