Story about Swallows.
It was a sunny warm day. Two girls were playing in the yard. When they played, they saw a nest on the tree. The tree was next to the girl’s garden. Children brought a ladder. They went upstairs and made a manger from the juice box. Girls put some bread crumbs for the birds. Then they started to play again. Five minutes later there were two swallows near the nest. A week later there were two baby swallows.
Autumn came. Swallows went away to warm countries. All autumn and all winter children waited for the birds.
In late spring their birds came back. Girls were very happy. Swallows lived happily in their garden for the whole summer.

Thank you for your letter.
Today is the last day of our holidays.
I stayed at home all the time. I played with my brother in the yard every day because there was a good weather. Sometimes we clean the garden. Yesterday on the big field we flew a kite. It was great! So today he weather is bad. Today is rainy. It is cold outside. I am writing a letter to you and my brother is playing in PC games. Now it is dark and all my family is at home. Where were you on holidays? What’s the weather like to be there? I need to finish the letter, because we are going to have lunch.

Gloria, Melman, Marti and Alex decided to take a walk to the New-York. There was a lot of traffic in the city. Policeman’s horse said them that it was necessary to cross the road on the green colour of traffic lights. Animals went across the road and sat in a subway.
When they came out from subway they were in the center of New-York. Alex was very hungry. Melman peeped in a restaurant. He found a free table and called his friend. Marti with Melman ordered two trays of rich grass, Alex a schnitzel, Gloria six toasts with butter and a glass of cocktail. They had a snack and went shopping, then Gloria noticed that she and her friends got lost. While animals were in panic the street dog came to them. “Hello” – said the dog – “Can I help you?”
- “Yes, please” – said Melman, and then
Marti said – Can you show me a way to the swimming pool?
- Yes, I can. I know the city very well. Ok, let’s go!
In the swimming pool Melman tried to roll down the water slide. Alex played with Marti and Gloria swam on the inflatable beach mattress.
- So, what’s your name? – asked Alex from the swimming pool a street dog, who washed himself.
- I’m Boner, friends call me Bon. You can call me Bon too.
- Ok, Bon – said Melman.
Then Bon, Gloria, Marti, Alex and Melman went to the park. Miss Gloria had a rest on the bench in a pergola. Of course Marti, Alex, Melman and the dog Bon played games and made a noise. People moved away from this noise. Bon took them to the Zoo.
- 
You helped us very much! - said Alex.
- Thank you! You are our new friend! – said Marti – Come to us tomorrow.
- And you too – said Bon.
- Of course we will come to you Bon – said Gloria.
- We are glad to meet you! – said Melman.
- Animals from the zoo went to bed. On the following morning their new friend came to them!
