The consignment was shipped clean on the MV Orion, which sailed from Singapore on 10 August and arrived in Vladivostok on 20 August. You have our declaration form No. 987456   We have already sent our customers replacements, but would like a claims form to complete. You may have noticed that now we have established a number of customers in Germany.   As we are to make regular shipments, we would like you to arrange open cover for £500,000.00 against all risks to insure consignments to German sea ports.   As to our floating policy No. 46398 for regular shipments to South American ports, we enclose three declaration forms, duly completed for three shipments respectively. As this will nearly exhaust the amount of the cover under the above policy we will be glad to renew it on the same terms as before.
