Exercise 1. Explain the use of the punctuation marks in the following sentences.
1. He relaxed but Bob kept working. 2. My parents threatened to throw me out of the house, so I had to stop playing the drums. 3. Exercise 2. Put punctuation marks where necessary, and explain the reasons for using them.
