· Prepare daily records to be submitted to the QA/QC Supervisor for proper issuing of official daily report of pipe laying production pipe weld records.

· Organize pipe field collection of data.

EXPERIENCE

1.1.1.2.14 Bevelling Operator
RESPONSIBLE TO | Welding Foreman |
OBJECTIVE | Operate the Bevelling Machine during pipe lay operations |
RESPONSIBILITIES
· To become familiar with the mechanical equipment in relation to his job and the safety aspects.
· To operate the Bevelling Machine during pipe lay operations and ensures adequate attention to perform the bevel according to the Welding Foreman’s instructions and the welding procedure.
· To be able to do minor adjustment on the machine, and dimensional check of the pipe preparation.
· To keep the work areas tidy and clean.
· To provide assistance during the maintenance of the equipment.
· Perform emergency duties as directed.
AUTHORITY
· To perform Bevelling operations within the frame of his responsibilities and as directed by the welding foreman.
· Stop bevelling activities if required on safety grounds if to continue could cause any damage or injury.
QUALIFICATIONS
· As per Company external qualification and training matrix.
· Basic English.
EXPERIENCE
At least one (1) year as Bevelling Machine Operator.
1.1.1.2.15 Helper
RESPONSIBLE TO | Welding Foreman |
OBJECTIVE | Performs miscellaneous operations during construction activities as directed by the Welding Foreman. |
RESPONSIBILITIES
· To become familiar with the mechanical equipment in relation to his job.
· To operate the equipment as directed by the Welding Foreman or deck team leader if required.
· To ensure that the equipment used are in proper condition of maintenance and safe for use.
· To keep the work areas tidy and clean.
· To provide assistance during the maintenance of the vessel equipment.
· Perform emergency duties as may be directed.
AUTHORITY
· To perform the assigned task within the frame of his responsibilities and as directed by the welding foreman.
· Stop activities if required on safety grounds if to continue could cause any damage or injury.
