The aim of the studying the discipline “Professionally Oriented Foreign Language” is teach to bachelor's the terminologies in the sphere of public and local governance, preparation of competitive specialists on the base of development of skills and proficiencies of professional communication in a foreign language.

The targets of teaching are following:

- Mastering of skills to work with texts of professional content;

- Knowledge of terminologies in the area of public and local management as one of the important condition of professional communication;

- Acquisition of progressive technologies and techniques of management of social processes in a foreign language in view of national and foreign experience.

The objects of this discipline are professional terms, categories and notions of specialty Public and Local Governance.

The discipline as a science teach lexical, grammar structures, the basic types of communication in a foreign language in a view of specific of professional activity. Knowledge and skills will help to use foreign language in the various aspects of the professional activity, scientifically and practically. The students will be able to communicate with partners, for self-study and other purposes.

- To gather, to recycle and to interpret data using contemporary information technologies, which need to formulate persuasions in the area of selected specialty.

- Actively to possess by foreign language to be able to work in the multicultural environment, to design documents, to present and defend the outcomes in the selected specialty in a foreign language.
