The situation of car rental market in RB

In general car rental service in Minsk appeared not so long ago. Today it’s possible to rent a motor car with and without a driver, freight vehicle and single-purpose equipment, to rent a limousine or motorcade composed of the same models, even possible to try yourself as a bus or minibus driver. Generally there are long list of services in the rental cars market rendered by about 80 companies of different forms of ownership. But each company is specialized in rendering specific kinds of services and is characterized by concrete price-levels.

There are 4 international car rental companies in the metropolitan market. The companies offer only new cars and standard contract but the rental charges for the brand are too expensive, usually 40% higher than those by local companies.

The second segment of the car rental market is composed of companies like RENTACAR. Sometimes they are named like national companies. They, as well like international companies, offer new cars and due level of service but the prices are considerably lower and the conditions are more flexible.

There are also self-employed entrepreneurs, unitary enterprises etc… among participants of the market. But mostly they offer rather old cars and have a small automobile park. Their rentals charges are usually lower than those by others but there are 2 main risks: getting a car in improper technical state and signing a contract with such conditions which may results in hidden charges.

The company RENTACAR offers for rental the following car models: Citroen, BMW, Chrysler, Jeep of any class ranging from mini (C2, C3) to luxury (C5 New, BMW 525, 745, X5, Chrysler 300C) and also multifunctional vehicles with different capacities (Berlingo, Jumpy, Jumper).

All cars are well completed even in basic variant. Besides that all cars of the company are equipped with everything required for their operations (seasonal tires, signaling, air-conditioner, CD/MP3 radio-recorder etc…) and are ready in clean, presentable appearances and are with full fuel tanks. And no deposit required. And no mileage limit.

Besides renting of cars Citroen, BMW, Chrysler, Jeep the company RENTACAR renders chauffeured car service and also offers special rates for long-term rentals.

Generally rental charges depend on class of vehicle and period of renting. Minimum price for rental promo car is 19 euro/day. Our patrons have discounts up to 20%.

The rates include rental charges, preventive maintenance and insurance but petrol, parking and fines must be paid by renters. The method of payment is 100% prepayment.
