SITUATION Giovanni Brilli has to cancel his trip to Athens. He calls Aphrodite Thianiki at Greek Transport to let her know and ask her to cancel the hotel reservations she made for him.

Giovanni Brilli	I wanted to let you know as soon as possible. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
Aphrodite Thianiki	Well, I'm sorry you're having problems. Thanks for letting me know, anyway.
Giovanni Brilli	Could I ask you to cancel the hotel reservation you made for us?
Aphrodite Thianiki	Sure, no problem, I'll cancel your booking. Good luck in the States.
