SITUATION   Alicia Delgado wants to contact Richard Dean but she gets the wrong number. Here's Mr Dean's business card.

Switchboard operator	May I help you?
Alicia Delgado	Could you please connect me with your Purchasing Officer, Mr Dean?
Switchboard operator	I'm sorry, I think you have the wrong number. What number were you calling?
Alicia Delgado	Isn't that 311 4249?
Switchboard operator	No, this is 311 4240.
Alicia Delgado	Oh, excuse me, I do have the wrong number.
Switchboard operator	No problem. Goodbye.
