13. All disputes or (разногласия) which (могут возникнуть из или в связи с) the present Contract are to be settled by Arbitration Court in accordance with the Rules of the said Court.

15. Marine risk insurance to be covered by the Buyers and confirmed to the Sellers upon their first request (по меньшей мере за 5 дней до погрузки).
