Products and Prices

Shopwise Supermarket offers a wide variety of goods and products. The store has its own bakery and butcher's ensuring that these products are fresh every day. What is more, there is a wide range of fruit and vegetables available including imported, local and organic varieties. However, the frozen food section is rather disappointing and the tinned goods section is also rather limited. Nevertheless, the prices are generally reasonable with regular discounts and special offers, which provide great value for money.

Facilities and Services

The services at Shopwise are very good. There is ample parking space in the large car park. Moreover, the toilet facilities are clean and include baby changing facilities. However, there is no cafe, coffee shop or seating area inside the supermarket. Nonetheless, the service is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Recommendation

In conclusion, Shopwise Supermarket offers ample parking space, good facilities, a wide variety of products and good value for money. Although the supermarket would benefit from a larger frozen food section and a cafe, overall I think it is a great place to shop.

Writing a report describing good and bad points of a Channel Ferry Service

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to assess the channel Link ferry service which operates between Newhaven, England and Dieppe, France.

Comfort

The ferries which operate on the route are all less than five years old and therefore in good condition, both inside and out. However, they are rather small and can become overcrowded when they are over two-thirds full. The seating areas provided are comfortable, but they do not seem to be cleaned regularly enough.

Facilities

Passengers are able to choose between a snack bar and a sit-down restaurant on board all ferries. The food lacks variety, although prices are reasonable.

Service

The Channel Link ferry staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there does not seem to be enough staff to deal with all the passen­gers. This means that there tend to be a lot of queues on the ship.

Conclusion

Travelling to France with the Channel Link ferry service is, on the whole, an enjoyable experience, although the journey can be rather uncomfortable when the ferries are full. It is therefore recommended that more staff be

taken on in order to improve the quality of the service. Also, more of an effort should be made to ensure that a wider selection of food is provided to cater for all passengers' tastes.
