ISDN adapter Teles S0/16. 3 and its main features implemented by program RVS-COM Lite.

ISDN adapter is designed to connect subscriber non-standardized for ISDN equipment (type TE2) to a network termination (NT1). Example of TE2 is two computers based on Intel Celeron 600.

User interface is provided by program RVS-COM Lite.

Let’s consider the basic features of the Terminal ISDN adapter:

1. start the RVS-COM Lite (Start > Programs > RVS-COM Lite). You will see a group of options RVS-COM

2. Browse existing opportunities in this group, and then open the CommCenter window (see Figure 6). This dialog box informs the user about the status of the program work. Here you can see and use the necessary routines RVS-COM, make sure you connect all your devices using bookmark Overview (answering machine, fax, file transfer, ports, etc.) and also view a list of all the actions taken by the user previously (incoming/outgoing calls, send files, faxes, etc.). You can use a bookmark Servises to confirm the installation of the ISDN-connection settings.

3. The following window – RVS Inbox (see Figure 7). Here are displayed the faxes and messages sent on the answering machine and sent faxes.

4. The following is an option Configuration Wizard (see Figure 8), which is used when you configure the ISDN adapter to select a specific configuration. Configuration is done after the installation of the adapter. Optionally, you can reconfigure your device.

5. Option Terminal (see Figure 9) implements the possibility of emulating analog modem, ISDN adapter, and is used to enter commands.

6. Option Accessories includeы supporting programs for signup online, download updates, access the help, home page.

7. Window TransferMaster serves for data transfer between two PCS with ISDN adapters.

8. Create New Fax Window allows to create and send faxes.

9. Window of Telephone is intended for a telephone connection using ISDN. In the opened RVS Phone window you can see the pad phone numbers (in the left upper part of it) to dial the number to call. Located in the upper-right corner panel of the answerphone includes a list of possible message and its settings. Below it is a list of connection attempts on this link (date, time, success of a connection).
