| Start of the project Citywide quest - presentation of the project “Protect the rights of children - protect the future” (Kyiv). Announcement of contest "Children against violence (the competition among the children).
Information for NGOs working with children, preparation of information campaign "Decade of tolerance and non-violence for the children" and the opportunity to take part in it (the competition of plans and initiatives).

| Development of methods for determination of component and broad of information campaign aimed at protection of children's rights (define real situation of proposed plans and regional initiatives). Planning all aspects of an information campaign, identify responsibilities.
Preparation of relevant manuals. Its approval by Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports, a stamp for use in schools.

| Conducting a workshop for representatives of the constituent regions, those who will deploy information campaigns on the local level. Putting youth initiatives aimed at protecting of children's rights. Foreign experience of successful campaigns. Testing tutorial at the workshop and testing innovative technologies.
