1 Future Continuous образуется при помощи вспомогательного глагола to be в форме будущего времени (shall be, will be) и формы причастия настоящего времени (Present Participle) смыслового глагола:

I shall be work ing. He will be work ing.

2 Вопросительной форме первый вспомогательный глагол ставится перед подлежащим:

Shall I be working? Will he be working?

3 Отрицательная форма образуется при помощи частицы not,которая ставится после первого вспомогательного глагола:

I shall not be working. He will not be working.

4 В вопросительно-отрицательной форме частица not ставится непосредственно после подлежащего:

Shall I not be working? Will he not be working?

Тема 7 «Наш институт»

Our Institute

There are many institutes and universities in our city Yekaterinburg. The biggest and oldest of them are: the Ural Technical University, the Ural State University and the Ural State Medical Academy. Our Institute of Communication and Computer Sci­ence is new. It was formed on the base of the college of communication and information science.

I am a student of the Institute of Communication and computer Science. I want to acquire a specialty of an engineer (an economist). I am a full time student, so I have to attend all lessons. Our students do not miss lessons, because we want to get good knowledge. The lessons start at half past eight in the morning and finish at three or four o'clock. At one o'clock we have dinner. We usually have six or eight lessons every day.

Our Institute is situated in the Repin street. It occupies two big buildings. We have got many lecture rooms, different laboratories and workshops. All of them are provided with modern equipment. At this laboratories and workshops our students have their practical training. There are many computer classes; our students get basic computer skills there. There is a gymnasium on the ground floor. It is not very big. We have physical training lessons twice a week. We often play basketball.

There are also English classrooms at our Institute. They are provided with TV sets and video. We can watch English films at the lessons and listen to tape-recorded exercises and texts. We have two English classes a week. They are usually on Fri­days. At our English lessons we read texts, translate both from Russian into English and from English into Russian, do many exercises, "peak and write English. It is not easy to learn a foreign language, but it is a really pleasure to speak English.

Besides studying in class the students prepare homework. Sometimes we have to write a composition, to prepare a project or to learn texts by heart. It is difficult, be­cause we have many subjects and it takes us several hours to do it. My favorite sub­jects are mathematics and physics.

Our Institute has got a big library. It is situated on the first floor. There is a read­ing room in the library. We can get all necessary course books there.

The history of our Institute goes into the year 1920. The electrical technicum was founded according to the order of the government of the USSR. In 1922 the technicum was regenerated to the technicum of Communication science and a bit later to the college of communication and computer science. In 1997 the branch of the Siberian State University of communication was developed on the base of the col­lege.

The Institute educates good specialists in the sphere of communication. We are proud of our best graduators There are 5 faculties at out Institute. They are: Many channel television communication systems. Nets and systems of commu­tation. Accounting. Banking. Post communication. Computer systems. Management in the systems of communication.

Teachers and students of the Institute take part at scientific and research work. The Institute organizes annual scientific and research conferences. The results of re­searches are published in scientific journals and collected articles. Advanced informa­tion and telecommunication technologies are penetrating the teaching process deeper and deeper: the distance learning center has been organized, all departments have ac­cess to the Internet.

A distance learning net in Russia has been developed and started to operate un­der the supervision of the Institute in collaboration with the largest communication service operations, such as Rostelecom and Uralsvyazinform.

Olympiads in many subjects take place annual to elicit students, having best knowledge.

Our students go info sports. They take part in competitions and often have good results.
