Separately I wish to address to His Holiness Dalai Lama XIV.

Your Holiness!

I addressed to you in the spring of 2009 on several ways, but probably, the letter is not has reached you. Your Holiness!

As far as I know, Elena Blavatsky quoted the Buddha (Siddhārtha Gautama), that “if could help and have not helped, have made a bad act and have worsened the karma”.

Your Holiness! I Ask you, make everything only it is possible that my offers have facilitated a life of people of a planet the Earth. Help people!

On legends, Buddha Maitreya will restore validity, including in social area. Here again there is no contradiction to the Nirvana. To the contrary, social justice results from the HighestHeavens. I hope, that we shall talk about it personally at a meeting.

Well and now the last, that I wish to tell.

I am absolutely convinced that my offers will really GREATLY change a life of all mankind to the best. Really my offers and public work. I already spoke about that some similar ideas expressed up to me, but it was not the result. As I hope my activity will really change the world.

Is it vain my intellectual work and thought of the offers? Is it vain I risked my life,challenging to powerful monetary forces? Is it vain I had cared about 95 % of people of globe, and they will answer for me a great ingratitude? That salary become high, and the prices are low, 95 % of mankind begin to live more richly, and much more!

Whether these peoples will thank me all? We Shall look …

I think, it will be fair, if after my offers will be realized in any country, during 5 years (no more),all these peoples with gratitude to me will donate to me $10-20 in a month.

If to count what benefit they will receive owing to me it will appear, that they become richer on hundreds and even thousand dollars a month. Both because of high salaries, and because of the low prices. In fact those who are not workers of the commercial companies, owing to reduction of prices can buy on the money much more, than earlier. So, become richer.

By the way, let residents of all countries donate to me of money in currency of the countries, instead of in the American dollars, euro, and something similar.

Separately I wish to tell to Russians. I have thought up, as these half of trillion dollars to receive to you, Russians. Up to me they were inaccessible to you.

This money should be distributed not on all, certainly, but only on those who requires it. Certainly, precise figures will be approved by people during the political coordination.

But I think, that about hundred millions person (including children) should receive this money.

THAT IS 500 billion: on 100 million = $5000. (I shall notice I mean modern dollars. Soon it will terribly fall off in the price. Money, certainly, will be distributed only in roubles). Here, that family of three also turns out, for example, will receive 15 thousand dollars.

And unless it will not be fair, if each person (including children) will thank me since "portion" ($5000) the sum only in hundred dollars?

It will be very curious to look, what countries, regions, cities as will thank me. I even shall make a geographical rating of the countries, regions, cities, villages.

We shall look, who will appear these of 95 % of mankind.
