1. Immediately, not spending hour to transform the international reserves of Russia in to roubles. But to not distribute yet to their population, but to wait for two month (at least) that mechanisms on an increase of the salary, under the control over the prices, on restriction of import and revival of manufacture inside of Russia had time to work;

2. To realize my offer №1 (about the minimal salary);

3. To realize my offer №2 (about the full control over the prices);

4. To to make the protecting highest trade barriers on all the goods, on which only it is possible to completely liquidate unemployment in Russia and to not admit, that half of trillion dollars were not quickly waste.

Let same the Earth people of a planet require of the governments all.

As to the first item, such people as: Chinese, Japanese, and many other can quite require of the governments, distribute hundred billions dollars (in own currencies) which while are enclosed in economy of the USA, to the population of there countries.

I do not know, how Norwegians will act as at them the small population and to it will be difficult to construct completely self-sufficient economy. Items 2 and 3 requirements are universal, suitable for all countries without distinction. Items 1 and 4 require an individual approach to each country.

Jesus Christ bequeathed what to judge follows not according to words, but on affairs. It is not enough of something to tell. To tell proper words the deceiver can also (it is Greek: diabolos). To do all possible to realize good words can only true righteous persons. Prove your words not a deceit.

Prove that the social concept of Russian Orthodox Church is not empty chatter and not a conscious deceit of people.

Imperiously demand from the Government of Russia which, by the way, is no more, than the servant of people, to realize my offers. Help people! (By the way, I have Christian name Seraphim. You may call Me such way).

I wish to address to Islamic Clergy of Russia. All we are witnesses of what revolutionary events occur in the Islamic world: in Tunis, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, Algeria, Bahrain, Morocco, etc. The most important problems of those revolutions are: low salaries, the high prices, unemployment.

My offers allow solving these problems! What will Muslims of Russia to do? Or they accept that life which they live? Whether are they patriots of the native land, whether are they defenders and supporters of the families, whether are they fearless heroes how their coreligionists in the Middle East, or they cowards and pity slaves we know whom?

I wish to address to people of Russia as a whole. If you accept that occurs to Russia, remain at home and be silent. I yet do not call up for Revolution, to a military coup.

I think, that it will be enough simple to declare the Government the requirements. Peacefully, without fights, without disorders, without overlapping highways. Collect signatures, spend peace meetings. Including come on a site where I have created the petition, and sign it.

Remember, emperor (that is, the master) at democracy is people.

And the Government only corrects, executing will of the master. The government serves people, rather the reverse. Require of the servants of execution of the will.

And if this Government will refuse to execute your requirements or will try, formally having agreed to execute, delay realization of requirements for years, or even for months then revolution is inevitable. For these villains not 23 steps downwards in one Yekaterinburg cellar but GULAG will wait. And it will be fair. It will be divine.
