Application Form

The summer school will provide grants for participants who submit exciting proposals but cannot get funding from their home institution or from elsewhere.

The following eligibility criteria apply:

§ The student has been accepted to participate in the summer school;

§ The student has proved that s/he seeked elsewhere for funding (e.g. copy of notice of rejection);

§ The student has sent in a letter of recommendation from his/her primary supervisor.

Applicants should complete all sections of the application form and submit it together with the above-mentioned documents (merged into one PDF file) to the Summer School office. Completed application forms must reach the Summer School office by 15 April 2015.

After submitting, you will receive an e-mail confirming your submission but this does not guarantee that you will receive the grant. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by end-April 2015.

Travel refund is valid only if the student provides all necessary travel documents (boarding passes, invoices, and proof of payments) not later than July 10, 2015 (date stamp). If the documents are sent in late or are incomplete, the travel refund grant can be withdrawn.
