What knowledge and/or skills have you gained during your work experience that has prepared you for this training? If you can, provide us an example of a successful project you implemented recently	Therefore, firstly, I’d like to tell you about my experience as the organizer of educational event. I’ve been a member council of NGO – the League of Student of Ukrainian Bar Association – and I was a head of the Center of legal career for two years. I had to create and organize a great number of different legal workshops, schools, meeting etc. That’s why, I can say with 100 percent certainty that I have a huge managerial experience, which gave some extremely useful skills, for example: to communicate with different people and especially try to hear and understand them, to take decision quickly, to change my plans or behavior according to new or additional circumstances. The other example of some useful experience is the organization of charity auction for whip-round to help our soldiers, who protect Ukrainian borders in the East of our country. This event ‘presented’ me such features as: bravery to ask people about money or other help, ability to find all necessary things for my event without money and, as for me – the most important feature, to believe that all people are kind and open for cooperation. So, as some conclusion, I can say, that I have some successful project and every of this events gave me excellent opportunity to change my character, my habits and to improve or receive some personal skills.
Can you name 2 weak, which you would like to improve, and 2 strong points of you as professional?	Bad side of my personality: 1) strong dependence on opinion of other people. As for me, it’s the worst my feature, cause it generates my inner diffidence. I hope that such events as this course will help me to get rid of this problem. 2) excessive trustingness, which sometimes leads to problems with dishonest people. Good side of my personality: 1) I’m future lawyer and my education helped me to obtain such perfect feature as ability to find answer on any questions. It’s very important for every person be able to give some advice or find decision in any situation. Moreover, I hope that this my skill will be useful for other participants of this course. 2) I’m quite active organizer. As I’ve said before, I like and I’m always ready to create different events.
Explain the skills and knowledge you aim to gain from this training.	1) To find people for subsequent cooperation 2) To improve my English, especially – spoken 3) To discuss present political situation in Ukraine an d Europe 4) To become more self-confident 5) To know as much as possible about other European countries from their citizens   And, like a little dream, to celebrate my birthday in Georgia))
How do you plan to use the knowledge and skills you gain during the training in your daily work?     How do you think your participation will benefit your organisation?	As I’ve said, I have some useless features, which I want to ‘destroy’. And I hope, that participation in this training will be some ‘instrument’ realize it. Moreover, the experience of communication with people from different countries, who have some personal peculiarities, is necessary for my future work in legal practice.
Describe any themes, topics of interest you would like to see in this training course?	Firstly, the war in Ukraine and opinion of representatives of European countries about this issue. Secondly, Ukrainian Euro-integration as a question which is important for all participants of this course. Of course, great issues for discussion is such topic as protection of human rights in every certain country (for me it’s always interesting as for lawyer), cultural peculiarities etc.

Richter, together with his training partners, has in recent years found that a small elite group participates in many trainings in the framework of the Youth in Action/Erasmus+ Programme within a short space of time. We want to avoid this, and to give inexperienced participants the chance to participate.

From our partners therefore, we expect that they will only select participants who are not frequently active involved in the field of the Erasmus+ programme and therefore are more or less inexperienced. Should it appear during the training that a participant is already well experienced within the Erasmus+ programme, then we will not reimburse the travel expenses.
