Division of property

I live in Georgia. I am in the process of completing the papers for divorce. I was given for Christmas a lap top computer. Can I keep it or is it considered to be the property of both? We completed a list of what is to be divided and signed it, but the list is not notarized. Is that list legal?

2) Does he have rights to my money?

My husband and I have been married 4 years and have known each other for 9. I have provided a home for him and bought 2 businesses that he helped run with me. Since both businesses failed, I have lost lots of my money, sold my house and as a result, our marriage has suffered. I bought a condominium and put it in my name. I also have some money left from the sale of the house. If something should happen to our marriage, does he have any rights to my property or money? Let me add he has not contributed at all to the bills I had before the sale of the house. He is now paying for half of the bills at the condominium that relate to food, electricity and telephone. I would like a divorce but I'm afraid he will get half. What do I do to keep this from happening? Thanks!

3)HELP!!!!!!!!!

I want to know if I can sue the person my wife is having an affair with and get damages?

4) Is there anything I can do?

My husband left me in May of this year. He had been having an affair with someone he worked with and they were very open with it. She announced it to the whole company staff where she works that she was pregnant and was flashing* an engagement ring. I was wondering, can I sue her or him for anything? It has only been 2 months that he has been gone. We are still legally married. E-mail me if anyone knows of anything Ican do. *to flash - хвастаться

5) Who gets custody?

How is it determined who gets custody of the kids? I'm a college graduate, my husband isn't. I think I would be better qualified to care for them because of my education but he says he is going to fight me for our two boys and threatens to bring up the past relationships we had while we weren't even married! What does really matter here?!

Bigamy

I was married nearly 10 years ago and just recently discovered that my husband never divorced his ex-wife before marrying me. I found this quite by accident. It showed he had 2 previous marriages and 1 divorce. He insists he was divorced from his 2nd wife in Texas, Iam #3 by the way. I then search the Texas Vital Statistic records, and found he indeed hadn't divorced #2. She never filed believing he had and she has since remarried. Her marriage is invalid also, and she has no idea. Now my problem is that our marriage went sour several months ago when I found out he owes over $65,000 in back child support. I'm married to a bigamist. I can't get anyone to answer one simple question. If my marriage is not valid, why do I need to get a divorce? I was told by the DA's office in my county that I would have to seek a divorce. I asked "WHY" and the lady said "You just do." I don't understand why if I'm not legally married.
