THE CONTESTENT CONTRACT DETAILES

Interview (30%)

Miss Universal Peace & Humanity 2014 Pageants Contestants must be articulate with excellent social and conversational skills. Titleholders must be able to express themselves clearly, diplomatically, and must project a pleasant personality, and approachable at all times. Interviews will be conduct in 5 minutes style”. Delegate will introduce herself and be field questions posed by each individual judge. The interview focuses primarily on delegates’ personal information (e.g., hobbies, ambition, etc.) but may include opinion questions that require general knowledge of social and current events. The educations of School (University or etc) Knowledge about one or more foreign language...." Delegates should wear a cocktail suit for the interview competition and Official Pageant Banner.

Sports Wear (10%)

Miss Universal Peace & Humanity 2014 Pageants Contestants must be physically fit, with good muscle tone and body proportion. Delegates will be provided with Sport Wear. Delegates need to

purchase full white track shoe or sneaker. WHITE ONLY, may be worn with or without socks. Sheer to Waist hose may be worn (flesh tone), Official Pageants Banner is to be worn.

National Costume (10%)

Titleholders must be able to express their own sense of style. National Costume can be anything the delegate feels represents a national symbols or heritage of her country. Judges will be looking for spirit, energy, creativity and the delegate’s own personal interpretation sense of style.

Fashion Wear (10%)

Miss Universal Peace & Humanity 2014 Pageants Contestants must be able to express their own personal sense of style. Fashion can be anything the delegate feels represents a currently popular or stylish ensemble. Judges will be looking for spirit, energy and the delegate’s own personal sense of style.

Evening Gown (15%)

Miss Universal Peace & Humanity 2014 Pageants Contestants must carry themselves with dignity, grace, poise and elegance. Judges will not be evaluating the cost or designer label of the gown, but rather how well it suits the delegate (e.g., fit, color, style) as well as delegate’s on-stage presentation. The Evening Gown must be floor length. Important is by hand made off designers or some winning gown"

Catwalk & Expression (25%)

The candidates must know best catwalk at rehearsals and final show, also as making photo-shooting your professionalism will be counted. Special body shape at Bikini Swimming suit to have it probably ideal measurements is 90-60-90; the team leader and assistants will check the candidate’s measurements as given in the entry form!

RULES & OBLIGATIONS FOR CONTESTANT

1. Must be single, no at relationship, and have never been married;

2. Shall have attained the age of 18 years and not older than 28 years on or before 20th Octobar 2014;

3. Must have minimum height of 5 feet and 5 inches

4. Must never been given birth;

5. Must be of good moral character and should not have posed nude for any Adult magazine, photos must not be found nude in the internet on undesirable web pages;

6. Must have not been convicted of crime;

7. Must have a reasonable knowledge of and be able to communicate in English in addition to native language;

8. Must have no tattoos unless they are either in a place in a place, which cannot be seen when wearing swimwear, or can be hidden with cosmetics.

9. Nobody is allowed to come at girl’s rooms

10. I understand that I have to bring the following items with me to the Contest and hereby undertake that I shall have them in my possession upon my arrival in Host Country

11) A adequate wardrobe for all activities in relation to the Contest including but not limited to publicity, rehearsals and appearances which wardrobe must include one long evening gown, one Fashion outfit, two swimsuit, Cocktail Dresses, Casual outfits for daytime, Black High-Heeled Shoes, Comfortable walking shoes, complet trener outfit, tennis shoes WHITE, NATIONAL COSTUME!!!!

12. Some cash to cover incidental expenses (phone calls, stamps, souvenirs).

11. Expense in relation to hotel mini-bar, ironing, laundry, dry-cleaning, telephone calls, faxes and all other personal expenses are the responsibility of contestant and must be paid by them.

12. The Contestant accepts that the judging may take place throughout the whole time of events of MUPH 2014 and knowing the impartiality of the judges, they accept the result’s and agreed not to protest against the final result and will not make any comment about it or express any personal opinion to the press or any other person.

13. The Contestant agreed not to allow photographs to be taken by anybody unless by the official Photographers of the MUPH 2014 or by the other Photographers or people with the organizer’s permission.

14. The Contestant understand that is they are NOT ALOWED TO USED MOBILE OR SMART PHONE and all electronic devices at official DINNER or rehearsals or some special occasions

15. The Contestant will ask permission in any case to PUBLISHED any PHOTOS from official MUPH 2014 from the Organizer’s, if they do without permission, it will gives NEGATIVE POINTS in the pageant finals.

16. The Contestants are not allowed drinking Alcohol and smoking during the pageant.

17. The Contestant understands that she must protect elected Crown as winner or sash till the next year pageant to hand over the crown and sash to the new winner of Pageant.

18. The winning contestant understands that she must contact the organization next year to crown the Next winner along with Crown and sash.

19. The Contestant understand that she must be in good health and agreed to be covered by an adequate Insurance Travel Policy Cover with regards to the risks of accidents, illness and other travel risks during the trip in the host country.

20. The Contestant understands, for her own safety, she will be chaperoned, and agreed that she will not accept any invitation from anyone who is not part of MUPH 2014, for dancing, or going out, etc. This will ensure that she is safe and had memorable trip. The Contestant also agrees never to leave the group of the organizers or contestants. She accept the schedule of the events established by the organizers wish list in the host country and agreed to abide by them fully and to leave the country after the competition has finished.

21. The Contestant understand that, she will followed daily schedule and not be late because this late attitude will results NEGATIVE POINTS in the decision of judges in the finals.

22. The Contestant will always behave with dignity and be polite to everyone within the host country. She will also be punctual for all activities, and not leave the activity unless authorized by the organization.

23. The Contestant understand that failure to comply with the terms set out in this agreement will mean that the Organizers will have the right to terminate my contract with them and to nominate the first runner up or any other contestant as the new winner. She would then receive all the rights and corresponding obligations. If this were to happen, she understands that as the discharged winner that she could not use the title and could not make any claim. She also understand that, she would have to give to the new winner the prizes received, the trophy received and also any other prizes and awards that she would have received when elected as winner, The Winning Contestant agree to attend the Final Competition next year in order to crown the new winner.

CODE OF CONDUCT, EXPECTATIONS & WAIVER

The young woman who earns the privilege of wearing the Miss Universal Peace & Humanity pageant title and sash is expected to carry themselves with pride and honor. The crown represents the hard work that the woman has demonstrated in order to represent the traditions of the Miss Universal Peace & Humanity 2014 Pageant.

Miss Universal Peace & Humanity pageant “Title Holder” brings to all viewers and to humankind a vision of all things bright and beautiful. Furthermore, it unequivocally spreads this important message: “Only in peace can there be beauty. Peace is Beautiful! Long live peace!

The Beauty Queen Chosen will be appointed as the International Human Rights Commission and World Peace Mission Organization’s Peace Ambassador, obliged to discharge duties of promoting world peace assigned to her by the as per the United Nations Charter of Peace including visit to war-stricken children to spread the message of love and care.

The true significance of the pageant is to appeal to the people of the world to unite, harmonize and create peace.

Miss Universal Peace & Humanity pageant “Title Holder” will symbolize us all as Native people whether it is within her own community or elsewhere. Miss Universal Peace & Humanity 2014 title holder will act in harmony with the Native way of life when honoring the traditions of strength, dance, song, and indigenous knowledge. She is expected to respect elders from all cultures and to share her knowledge, understanding and appreciation of Native heritage.

Miss Universal Peace & Humanity pageant title holder is a role model for whom others may aspire to emulate. We cannot stress enough to Miss Universal Peace & Humanity “Title holder” always uphold the moral of a role model as there are many young people looking up to the newly crowned Miss Universal Peace & Humanity 2014.

There are responsibilities by which all Miss Universal Peace & Humanity pageant contestants are expected to adhere to;

These guidelines were developed specifically with your safety in mind:

• Show respect to the other contestants by being on time for scheduled events/activities

• Show respect to your community and supporters by involving yourself in the peace & Humanity activities.

• Your behavior and manners must reflect the role you are playing as a representative of your community, people, or area.

• You are expected to fully commit yourself to the Miss Universal Peace & Humanity pageant selection process.

• You are expected to commit yourself to being drug and alcohol-free while in the Miss World Peace & Humanity Pageant.

Please be advised the Miss World Peace & Humanity pageant committee may ask you to withdraw from this event if you knowingly do not adhere to these guidelines of conduct outlined above.

I hereby agree and promise to abide by the above Code of Conduct & General Guidelines as a Contestant of the Miss Universal Peace & Humanity Pageant.
