Deposit of Air Ticket and Passport

MODEL will upon arrival turn in his/her passport to FLY for registration, security reasons as well as for the duly maintenance of MODEL's Chinese visa up to date. The passport is to be returned to MODEL upon completion of all above mentioned formalities. MODEL may keep the passport with FLY at all time, FLY will guaranteeing the caretaking of all visa extensions and other formalities. If MODEL chose to keep the passport, FLY doesn’t take responsibility for any loss of passport or the fees resulting from not extending the visa.

The Air Ticket is to be turn in to FLY on arrival and will be returned to MODEL one day before leaving China.

Commission Discounts

MODEL receives 50% commission from client payment net tax (including Editorials, pageants, contests, etc.), less the money advanced by FLY as described elsewhere in this Agreement.

FLY receives 50% of client payment net tax.

Payment for the Model

FLY will pay MODEL upon completion of the contract.

MODEL is to receive the money from FLY one (1) day before MODEL's departure from China １００％ of his/her Net Income (which comprises all MODEL’s gross earnings, minus the commission and all expenses paid for or advanced on behalf of the Model. Due to Chinese law, such payment will be made in RMB, but FLY will assist the MODEL in converting his/her earnings into USD or EUR.

MODEL commission not paid by the client at the time of MODEL departure which exceeds 1’000 USD is withheld and sent to MODEL within sixty days.

Cancellation of Contract by Model

If MODEL does not complete the fixed length of stay or breaks the contract In terms of the exclusive representation whilst the total duration of one year due to his/her/their own reasons, a penalty of 5 000 RMB will be charged to MODEL in addition to the expenses owed. Written consent from MODEL must accompany the cancellation of a contract at least 14 days prior to the models departure. Should this period not be abided, the penalty amounts up to RMB 20 000 in addition to above mentioned expenses owed.

•If MODEL account is in the negative upon departure, MODEL will not be responsible for the unpaid fees.

If MODEL leaves the country without the consent and written permission of FLY, FLY Is released from all financial obligations including the payment to MODEL. In this case the penalty fee and expense repayment towards MODEL will follow the above.

11) Causes leading to Cancellation of Contract:

FLY has the right to terminate this contract at FLY'S discretion without notice for any of the following reasons. FLY reserves the option to ask for penalty fee instead, which is usually deducted from MODEL’s cash advance, or at least admonishment of the MODEL.

If MODEL protests or complains about any or all stipulations explained in this contract including but not limited to payment or other expenses to be borne by the model which has previously been agreed upon by both parties by signing this contract and are considered non-negotiable.

If MODEL refuses to change location upon request by FLY, unless MODEL is unable to do so (e.g. being sick, in which case a health certificate must be produced as legal evidence).
