The international contest of civil initiatives involves the presentation of the projects related to the implementation capacity of the youth in the area of the youth policy. Projects may reflect the solution of problems in various sectors of the economy and politics.

Young people under 35 are able to participate in this event.

The competition is held in two stages:

- the qualifying round - filing of the application and the annotation of the project. Correspondence reviewing of the project - until September, 22, 2014;

- the full-time round - the selected works are presented to the contest jury, which consists of representatives of the business community and the public authority who are involved in the realization of the young entrepreneurs support programmes of Russia and the CIS

Project annotation – not more than 2 pages.

Invitations will be sent to all the participants who have passed the qualifying round.
