VENUE OF THE FORUM:
The forum will take place in the halls and classrooms of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics at the address: Russia, 115998, Moscow,. Stremyanniy Pereulok st.,36, the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
The on-line broadcast with partners is held during the Forum.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Participation in forum is free of charge.
Travel expenses to Moscow and accommodation are paid by the sending party.
Participants can book a range of accommodation options (Annex B):
Category A is 1000 rubles - hostel of Plekhanov REU
Category B - from 1000-3000 rubles
hotels of Moscow.
Category b – more than 3000 rubles
YOU NEED TO SPECIFY IN THE APPLICATION FOR RESERVATION A CATEGORY OF ACCOMMODATION OR A SELF-BOOKING
The person responsible for the accommodation of the participants is Gadjiyeva Amin.
IMPORTANT DATES:
1. Applications for participation, annotation of the projects and materials should be sent to the organizing Committee of the forum from May, 17 to September, 22 2014.
2. A notice of participation in the conference and invitations will be sent until September 25, 2014 by email.
Each participant will receive a collection of publications.
THE PROCEDURE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM:
1. Send projects, reports, applications until September, 22, 2014 (http://reumfc.timepad.ru/event/121527/)
2. Registration on the website http://reumfc.timepad.ru/event for persons intending to participate in various events of the forum will be opened in September
3. All works should be sent send to ifc.taw@gmail.com.
4. Protection of the projects in the framework of competitions via skype is also possible (organizing committee should be notified in advance).
Applications sent by fax or by mail are not considered by the organizing committee.
