Listening and speaking (15 -20 min)

Routine / Non-routine flight

Section 1 You will hear 6 pilot messages one by one in routine /non-routine flight. You have to listen and reply. If any part of the message is unclear to you, ask the pilot questions to clarify before giving him a reply.

(Example: 1 Say again. 2 Could you repeat it?)

4. Если, прослушав сообщение два раза, Вы все еще не полностью поняли ситуацию, то лучше не молчать, а сказать следующее: ‘ I’m afraid I didn’t fully catch it. It seems to me that the pilot requested the descent but I didn’t catch the reason’.
