ATCO’s instructions To turn right heading 070

First DLH 3207 reported about navigational problem, actually it was a problem with inertial reference system, so they needed time to check it. Then the controller asked about further intentions. The pilot said that they were reducing speed 220 and asked radar vectors to return to Domodedovo. After that the controller told the pilot to turn right on heading 070.

It was communication with MGX610. Firstly the pilot reported about a sick passenger with light heart problem and the pilot said that they needed an ambulance upon arrival. Then the pilot added that the passenger was feeling bad. Later the controlled requested the ETA at UUDD which was 1030.

The pilot didn’t answer directly to the question but he said that it was the problem with the heart. And he said that the passenger had been given oxygen.
