1. This Agreement, arising out of negotiations between Contracting Parties thereto, sets out (порядок и условия найма).

1. Mоряки имеют подписанный как моряком, так и судовладельцем или представителем судовладельца трудовой договор моряка, положения которого предусматривают для них достойные условия труда и жизни на борту судна в соответствии с требованиями настоящей Конвенции;
2.
