VI. Translate from Russian into English:

1. Mоряки имеют подписанный как моряком, так и судовладельцем или представителем судовладельца трудовой договор моряка, положения которого предусматривают для них достойные условия труда и жизни на борту судна в соответствии с требованиями настоящей Конвенции;

2. Морякам, подписывающим трудовой договор, предоставляется возможность для его изучения и получения консультаций о содержании этого договора до его подписания, а также любые другие возможности, которые представляются необходимыми для обеспечения свободного заключения ими договора на основе достаточного понимания своих прав и обязанностей.

3. Судовладелец и моряк, которые являются сторонами трудового договора, имеют копии трудового договора моряка.
