2. Суд может помочь решить конфликт, но в действительности, только небольшое количество споров когда-либо добирается до суда.

3. Одними из самых общих методов для того, чтобы решать споры без суда являются - переговоры, арбитраж, и посредничество.

4. Переговоры - процесс, с помощью которого люди, вовлеченные в спор, имеют возможность говорить друг с другом об их проблемах и могут пробовать достигнуть решении.
