Introduction
Justice is an element without which there is no healthy state. Not without reason joke, what even the closed society from two people will begin to need sooner or later judicial authority. After all the judge is the person who assumes responsibility in a resolution of conflict between two parties, whether it be a lawsuit between the competing companies or the former spouses.
There were first courts about one thousand years B.C. in Ancient Greek society. The ripening state came to that abolished opportunity personally to finish with the offender. On the basis of the arisen arbitration courts the majority of existing legal systems was issued.
The need for this profession exists constantly, after all any arisen civil or administrative conflict demands permission. On the passed decision depend not only material benefits, but also destinies of people therefore it is difficult to overestimate the importance and responsibility of work of the judge.
