The judge is an official of the state which is the carrier of judicial authority.

The judge is the person who assumes responsibility in a resolution of conflict between two parties, whether it be a lawsuit between the competing companies or the former spouses.

This is the authority, urged to resolve legal disputes (lawsuits) between certain people, the organizations, the state structures.
