Past Story

Past Simple	Present Perfect
1. Certain time in the past I phoned Mary 2 minutes ago.	1.Time is not specific: just / already / not yet I have just phoned Mary.
2. Time period has finished. I saw three movies last week.	2. Time period has NOT finished. I have seen three movies this week.
3. We use it when we give older information. Martin crashed his car last year.	3. We often use it when give recent news. Martin has crashed his car again.
4. We use it with for and since, when the actions have already finished. I lived in Victoria for five years. (I don't live in Victoria now.)	4. We use it with for and since, when the actions have not finished yet. I have lived in Victoria for five years. (I still live in Victoria.)
5. Accent on action I bought a new bike. (Just telling what I did in the past.)	5. Accent on result I have bought a new bike. (With this sentence I actually want to express that I have a new bike now.)

There are mistakes in eight of these sentences. Correct the sentences where necessary. Write 'OK' if the sentence is already correct.
