Age groups will be arranged according to entries received by due date.

Conditions of Entry

Ø Combinations and divisions according to the number of entries in the age-categories

Ø All competitors are to show on-site their current S.O.B.H.D. registration cards

Ø Competitors should abide by the rules and standards of the S.O.B.H.D.

Ø Competitors’ ages will be taken as on the date of the competition

Ø The adjudicator’s decision is final

Ø Communication with the adjudicator or other interested parties is strictly forbidden and may be ground for disqualification

Ø The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event should the lack of entries or other circumstances so warrant

Ø The organizers take no responsibility for any personal injury to any competitors, or loss or damage to the properties of any competitors, however caused or sustained

Ø “Most Points” Trophy awarded in each age group over all dances

Ø “Most Promising Beginner” Award

Ø Perpetual Trophies to remain in Belgium

Ø Dancers must be in costume to receive awards

Facilities

Ø As this is an indoor event, the organizers kindly ask the audience not to smoke

Ø When taking pictures, the audience are bid not to use the flash

Ø Filming only allowed upon request to organizers

Ø Changing rooms will be available

Ø Beverages can be obtained at the bar
