· Public opinion survey among young people – interrogating youth and analyzing youth vision on the “City” concept, defining the difficulties of urban development and finding the ways of coping.

· Development of youth diplomacy – creating and discussing unified positions concerning existing global and local social issues (for example, North-West Eurasianism concept development, new ideas of youth policy of the cities of the participants).

· Cases of Efficient partnership – implementation of partnership-based Forum organization and holding principles, creating conditions for new working connections and new ways of keeping them stable.

· Assistance to social and economic development of cities – creating an ideas bank, oriented to improving life in a modern city; stimulating new non-profit youth organizations; developing project ideas related to socially responsible business; uniting investors and the youth teams to embody their ideas, etc.
