SMC MAMI JUNIORS
MIG - TITAN
We are SMC MAMI JUNIORS. “Juniors” means that our team consists only of first year students. That is why we are especially proud to present you to our bike MIG-Titan. Our team created really unique model. It was designed as café-racer, but with good dynamic performance. Our bike is a lightweight because we used materials as titan, aluminum and carbon fiber. Before starting to design this bike, we studied in details the shortcomings of the previous bikes MIG-1 and MIG-2. After some changes we created bike with improved design.
As the potential users for MIG-Titan we consider: couriers for delivering pizza, postmen, city policemen and etc. Our bike is designed for city roads, it is more maneuverable, that’s why it’s perfect for overcoming the urban traffic. MIG-Titan is an ecological vehicle because it has an electrical motor, bike doesn’t pollute the air.
1.1 Potential Users
Facts about MIG -Titan:
· Our bike can be used as a vehicle for delivery of a small or medium-sized cargo.
· MIG -Titan is the best solution for network companies which specialize in delivery of documents, food and etc.
· MIG -Titan has place only for driver.
· You need a minimum driving experience.
· You don’t pollute atmosphere. If you like ecology – you should use electrical transport.
· Thanks to titanium frame our bike became considerably lighter than bike with a steel frame. People with lean physique can raise this bike.
· Mechanical endurance of our bike is quite high due to titanium tubes which diameter is bigger than diameter of steel tubes.
· You can move in the city roads without congestion.
· You will charge bike’s battery on 100%. It doesn’t stop in the middle of the road because of battery will suddenly discharged. That’s why you will come to the work without tardiness.
Cost Summary
One such e-bike will cost about €6500. It consists of 8 systems. Total cost and the cost of each system is evident from the diagram.

The main competitor is KIA Rio 2015, because it has the biggest speed, but it is much more expensive than MIG-Titan. Not every worker can buy it. Also KIA Rio 2015 has motor which pollutes atmosphere. Analyzing all competitors our bike, we see that MIG-Titan is the cheapest bike and at the same time, it is quality vehicle: it is fast and safe. Also as we see, our bike is the lightest vehicle (Its weight is 45 kg).
