2. I have returned my ‘acceptance slip’ to UNNC

 

3. I have bought my flights and returned my arrival

information to the International Office, requesting an airport

 

4. I have checked with my local Chinese Embassy that my

passport is valid for the right length of time

 
 


5. I have applied for and received my visa for entry into China

6. I have my original, unconditional offer letter

 

7. I have an original of my medical report, laboratory result

and X-ray film.(If you had a medical check in your home

country for your visa application and will apply for

a residence permit in China)

 
 


8. I have at least 5 photocopies of my passport and two copies

of my visa

 

9. I have Chinese currency, a credit card (and/or debit card

with overseas access) and cash available for the journey

and for the first three to four weeks

 

10. I have purchased medical insurance (students studying six

months or less)

 
 


11. I have paid all my first year fees

 
 


12. I have at least 10 passport-sized photos

 

13. I have a supply and description of any prescribed

medication I am taking

 
 


14. I have a list of important contact details

 

15. I have a pre-paid phone card and/or a mobile phone with

sufficient credit in case of an emergency

 

16. I know how I will get from the airport to UNNC and have a

UNNC contact number

 
 


17. I have signed up for Foursquare www.foursquare.com and visited
