The Russian organization MMA Tsu Shin Gen together with Tsu Shin Gen International Budo Association invites you to attend the Budo Camp

that will be held in Russia from

16^th January until the 18^th January 2015.

The Chief Instructors of the Camp are:

Shihan Oleg Frolov 7^th Dan

1. Included in the program of the camp is:

- Training Tsu Shin Gen Mixed Martial Art

- Training Grappling Drills

- Training Tsu Shin Gen Kickboxing

- Training Tsu Shin Gen Ashihara International Karate

- Training Tsu Shin Gen Kyokushin Karate

- Grading test for students for 10 – 1 Kyu

- Dan grade test for Shodan, Nidan, Sandan

2. Arrival of the participants – 16^nd January at 15.00;

Departure of the participants – 18^th January 21.00, or 19^th January morning.

3. The Summer Camp will be held at:

- Russia, the Moscow region, Pushkinsky area, settlement " Zeleny gorodok ", at the boarding house "Salute".

4. Travel from Moscow:

- From the Yaroslavl station by an electric train, up to station " Pushkino ", further by the bus № 28 or on a fixed-route taxi № 28 up to a final stop - village Kostino.

5. Necessary things:

- Karate Gis

- MMA gloves and Boxing gloves

- Form of kickboxing school (shirt and shorts)

- individual means of protection.

6. The cost of the Summer Camp will be euro 120. (для Россиян 5000 руб.)

7. Included in the cost of the Camp is:

- Instruction Fee

- Three meals a day

- Accommodation

- Rent of the sports hall

- Making an invitation to the Russian Olympic Committee.

8. Attention! All those wishing to come to Russia in the winter camp, you must apply for a visa. If you need an official invitation to obtain a visa to Russia, please inform in advance Shihan Ivan Titenkov at least one month before the start of camp.
