5. Упражнение "фотоаппарат".
Вы смотрите на объект несколько секунд (для начала выбирайте простые объекты - чашка, стол, телефон), далее отворачиваетесь от объекта (закрывать глаза ни в коем случае не нужно) и стараетесь представить объект как можно точнее и детальнее. Как только представили все, что запомнили, снова смотрим на объект и отмечаем, какие детали упустили, а какие - воспроизвели по памяти неправильно. Далее отворачиваемся снова и еще раз воспроизводим по памяти объект, в этот раз уже намного точнее. И так до результата, который Вас удовлетворит.
Начинайте с 2х-4х циклов, далее переходите к новому объекту. В сумме час-два выполнения данного упражнения поразят Вас результатами.
