Exercise 1. Make sentences interrogative.

Example: Ted had been working as a magistrate for 15 years. (How long/Who) – How long had Ted been working as a magistrate? Who had been working as a magistrate for 15 years?

Exercise 2. Open the brackets and put the verb into the correct form.
