Requirements for the application videos

6.1 As the SWWC 2014 is the first international competition for women being organized with limited resources, the travel, accommodation and other expenses for Participants will not be covered.
6.2 The Organizers and the Federation will not reply to any letters or applications other than the properly composed application forms and application videos.
6.3 The criteria for the application videos must be followed thoroughly:
6.3.1 Application video must be two (2) minutes long.
6.3.2 The video must include unique combination of tricks.
6.3.3 The video must be filmed in one piece and must show continuous performance of the Applicant. It is forbidden to do any video montages and/or compilations of several filmed video pieces.
6.3.4 The video must be named: “WSWCF Ladies’ World Championship 2014 Try-out (country representing in SWWC 2014)”. For example “WSWCF Ladies’ World Championship 2014 Try-out (Netherlands)”.
6.3.5 The video’s description (commentary) must link to the Federation’s social accounts:

6.4 Videos that will not correspond to the requirements stated in Clause 6.3 will not be assessed at all.

COVERING OF PARTICIPATION EXPENSES AND RELATED OBLIGATIONS

7.1 As the SWWC 2014 is being organized with limited resources, each Participant has the right to participate in the competition wearing personalized sponsor’s / supporter’s attributes (T-shirts, caps, trousers, etc.); however it is prohibited to advertise companies operating in alcohol, tobacco or gambling business.
7.2 The Participants, who use the financial aid provided by the Organizer (if such a support will be provided), must participate in the competition wearing T-shirts with logos and advertisements provided by the Organizer for at least 80% of performance time on the stage. The T-shirt can be removed for the purpose of showing the Participant’s body to the viewers, but it is forbidden to wear any other branded attributes or other T-shirts, or place logos or advertisements on body. In the location of the competition while not performing the Participants can wear any clothing they find comfortable, but without any logos or advertisements (except for logos of each Participant’s team he belongs to). The rules stated in this Clause are applicable to the extent there are no different instructions given to the Participants by the Organizer of the particular Stage.
