Object of research: РКК "Energy" of name С.П. Queen, Corporation is engaged in manufacture of spaceship.

Object of research: Set of external and internal factors determining expediency of development motorize a vehicle (inventory KAR-10); carrying out of marketing researches of needs of potential consumers; the analysis of competitive advantages inventory, allowing leading comparison with the goods of potential competitors which will allow occupying leading position in the market of vehicles of low power.

The basic contents and results of the analysis of the marketing environment: tendencies of development of the market of vehicles are analyzed. The basic competitive advantages inventories are revealed, in comparison with goods - substitutes. Are considered parameters of activity РКК "Energy". The basic segments of consumers and companies - competitors are revealed and characterized. The analysis of a condition of marketing activity РКК "Energy" is lead. By results of the SWOT-analysis the basic directions of development of the enterprise are formulated, allowing to develop the high technology highly technological vehicles working on an electric current, with the purpose of their successful promotion on the market of vehicles of low power, and also efficiency of the innovative project on development inventory and manufactures on available capacities is proved.

Offered ways of the decision of problems (realization of market opportunities) means of marketing: On the basis of the lead marketing researches by definition of inquiries of potential consumers, it has been developed non-polluting, economic motorize a vehicle of the KAR-10, capable to meet the requirements of buyers for transportation of people and cargoes, and capable to occupy leading position in the market of vehicles of low power, and efficiency of its manufacture is proved.

Economic efficiency of design decisions on introduction on the market of a new product is determined by method NPV. The time of recovery of outlay of this program makes 7,5 months at necessary investments on the decision of marketing and adjacent tasks 19799 $ within the first year of work under the project of a conclusion of a new product on the market.
