This application is divided into 3 parts: Introduction, Past Experience and General Questions.

All applications must be accompanied by the following

IT Forum – однодневная конференция в сфере IT технологий для студентов и выпускников этой сферы.. Подготовка – 2 месяца. Показатели успеха: количество участников (50-70), количество спикеров (более 3х), рэйзинг инкаинда и финансовых партнеров, количество человек в команде в начале и в конце проекта. Реализация: 11 мая.

Enjoy the world – OGX проект, направленный на поиск и отправку жителей Симферополя на GCDP программу.

Summer Camp (preparation) – подготовка летнего проекта с привлечением стажеров. Суть подготовки в поиске лагерей по Крыму, а также поиске стажеров и мэтча их. Примерное количество стажеров – 30 человек на 3 летних месяца, лагерей – 6. Реализация: 12 марта – 23 июня.

OCP Role Description

Main responsibilities:

· OC team selection and management.

· Creation together with her/his team members the identity of her/his team including vision, principles and way of working.

· Organization of weekly meetings with project team.

· Identifying resources needed and dividing responsibilities.

· Tracking and evaluation team’s activity on a weekly basis.

· Management of a project budget together with finance responsible.

· Keeping project team well informed of changes within the organization.

· Motivation of a team to work together in the most efficient manner.

· Run feedback sessions at least twice during the project.

· Reward best performing members in the team.

· Make final evaluation of the project.
