Laundry and Cleaning

Each guest can use cleaning in the hotel. What should you do for it?

Open the top drawer of your bed side table. You will find special forms there. In this form you should indicate each item and the type of cleaning you want. In the rack behind the bathroom door there is a laundry bag. Put your laundry inside together with the form and leave it on the bed next morning. The laundry maid will take it. You’ll get it in the time indicated in the form.

Room service

If the breakfast isn’t included in the price of the room, please, sign the bill after your meal.

Breakfast is served from 6.45 to 10.30.

A room service menu with details is on your bedside table.

I f you would like something which isn’t on the breakfast menu, please, inform our Room service in advance, so we can be sure of providing it to you.

Service bureau, banking office, reception

The reception desk is housed in the main lobby. It is open 7 days a week. It helps guest to check in and check out. The reception provides sale of rooms, guest registration, key service and so on. It is a face of a hotel.

The banking office is situated on the ground floor. Here guest can change their currency.

The service bureau is open from 8 to 20.00. It provides to guest the following services^

The reservation of theatre tickets, taxi, a guide. All these departments play a very important role in the hotel life.
