Article 3. Organising and conducting

3.1 Organising and conducting Nimble Squirrel 2016 competition is held by the Organising Committee. The Organising Committee has all the emerging rights connected with conducting Nimble Squirrel 2016.

3.2 The Organising Committee shall:

- adopt the present Regulations (including enclosures to it);

- approve the Track;

- approve the results;

- award the winners and runners-up;

- develop a list of sanctions and their amounts used for participants;

- settle conflicts and disputes between clubs/teams and participants;

- implement other powers and authorities in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation and the present Regulations;

- approve a list of entry, organisational and other fees, including those connected with the Organisers’ actions and powers;

- determine the Prize pool.

3.3 Organiser shall:

- prepare and agree upon the Nimble Squirrel 2016 competition conducting with the local governmental bodies;

- prepare and approve the Track;

- form structural departments of operations department and determine their powers and functions;

- approve the list of Delegates;

- organize the work of Judges at the Tack;

- register results;

- prepare and conclude sponsor agreements, as well as follow and maintain them;

- organise promotion of Nimble Squirrel 2016 competition in the Media;

- cooperate with internal affairs bodies and other entities engaged in providing public peace and safety when conducting Nimble Squirrel 2016;

- control maintaining the Regulations’s provisions;

- award the participants with special prizes and memorable gifts;

- send its representative to take part in the work of committees and meetings connected with conducting Nimble Squirrel 2016;

- change the dates, time and place of conducting in the cases and in the form and manner specified in the present Regulations;

- organise publication of printed materials and other merchandise needed to conduct the competition;

- other powers in accordance with the present Regulations.

3.4 The Organising Committee is in charge of:

- awarding winners and runners-up of Nimble Squirrel 2016;

- publishing press-releases;

- determining the methods of using the financial assets that constitute the budget of Nimble Squirrel 2016.

PARTICIPANTS

4.1 The participants of the competition may be both citizens of the Russian Federation both citizens of other countries that stay at the territory of the Russian Federation according to the Law, have duly paid fees and other expenses in the manner, mount and terms determined by the Organising Committee and the present Regulations.

4.2 All the competition participants shall have an insurance policy, covering the insured party’s participation in motorsports competition for at least 100000 Rubles.

4.3 Organiser is to provide an insurer’s presence at the competition at the place of participants’ registration.

4.4 Participants under 18are to provide a written consent of both parents (custodians) for the child’s participation in the competition.

4.5 At the time of races the competition participants are to wear protective clothing. The compulsory protective gear includes: helmet, motorcycle boots, knee blockers, coat of mail/armor, glasses, gloves, numbered vests provided by the Organiser. Absence of at least one element leads to excluding from the competition.

4.6 The registered participant signsan acknowledgement sheet, thus stating knowing of the present Regulations and agreeing taking all the responsibilities connected with participation in the competition, as well as allowing delivering medical care by the doctor of the event and/or other medical worker in case of need.

Team event

4.7.1 Teams are formed by sportsmen performing in different classes, not less than 3 but not more than 8 persons. The sportsman’s membership in one of the Teams shall be determined in accordance with the information provided in the sportsman’s application or in the team application.

4.7.2 Team rating is counted by calculating 3 best results from the best results of the sportsmen that applied for the team in different classes: 1^st place – 1 point, 2^nd place – 2 points etc. The Team with the smallest points becomes the winner and is placed at the top of the leaderboard.

4.7.3 In casethe results are equal, the winner of team event is determined by the best time shown by the Team participants at “Trophy” track.
