The ceremony of awarding is held on the day of the competition. The head of the team and 2-3 members in suits are invited for awarding.
Organizational issues
The Organizing Committee prepares and leads the contest and establishes the staff of jury. The Organizing Committee has the right to use and distribute (without paing the fee to the participants and the guests of the contest) audio and video recordings, printed and other kind of products produced during the contest and after it. Each participant has the right for their sponsors`advertising. Video for personal use is allowed.
If you do not receive an email confirmation of receiption of the application during one day, please, contact the organizers by phone numbers: 8-909-519-32-56, 8-951-171-44-24.
To participate you must send to the organizing Committee:
the application form (the application wich is filled incorrectly will not be accepted);
Registration and payment for participation is carried out in the day of the contest by cash /cashless payment.
Soundtracks are accepted on CD-ROM or flash cards.
Attention!!! The applications stop while 14 (fourteen) calendar days are left to the competition.

For participants who previously participated in our contests, there is the discount system.
The entrance to the hall is free! The Pre-Christmas exhibition and sale of the hand-made wares (toys, jewelry, trinkets, soap, sweets, gifts and so on) will be hold in the foyer of the concert centre. Everyone is welcome!
Attention!!! The managers should have copies of birth certificates or passports of all the members of the band! If the jury has any doubts about the participants` age, the manager of the group must provide copy of birth certificate or passport.If the misleading is reveal the participant is automatically transferred in his age category and receives a penalty of 10% of the amount accumulated number of points! If the item is excluded the cash will not be given back.
