Project venue: The Republic of Moldova, Chisinau.

Participants will be hosted in a cozy and friendly hostel “Chisinau-Hostel”, http://chishinau.ucoz.com/

The hostel is a new three-staged building which is fully equipped and is located in a nice area close to the city center and a nice park. Participants will be hosted in the dormitories, 10-bed dorm, 4-bed dorm or 6-bed dorms. Every floor has 1 Bathroom +WC. There is wifi and two PC with permanent Internet connection. There is a nice big room for joint meetings and a balcony for smoking with the beautiful panorama over Chisinau. The entire hostel will be only ours!

We will be having breakfasts in the hostel, lunches outside in the local café/restaurants of Chisinau. And every evening we will cook the national food of each of the participant countries for dinner J So, sharing cultures-sharing tastes!

Costs: Board, lodging and 70% of travel costs will be covered by programme. The 30% of travel costs and insurances to be covered by participants*.

Participants:

1 group leader + 4 participants per country (2 male participants+2 female participants)

Conditions of participation:

- To be over 18 years old

- Interested in culture/architecture/history/urban development

- Committed to fully participate in the youth exchange

- Committed to contribute to the realization of the main aim

- Able to communicate in English

- Willing to exchange experience of youth work with people with fewer opportunities in different countries

- Photo/video making skills will be considered as an advantage

Participation fee: 10 Euros (We are planning to have visits to several museums of Chisinau, small contribution from participants side is kindly recommendedJ)

Terms of Participation:

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL EXPENSES	International travel expenses are reimbursed at 70% of the actual travel costs, UPON PRESENTATION OF ORIGINAL PROOF DOCUMENTS (Invoice + Ticket + Boarding Pass) However please note that according to the budget approved by the EC, maximum reimbursement for train 2^nd class or air using Economy Fares will be
OTHER EXPENSES	Board, lodging and transportation during the activity will organized and covered by the organizers. Board & Lodging will be covered only from the June 3rd – June 10^th 2013. Insurance is covered by the participants themselves.
PARTICIPATION FEE	10 Euros
REIMBURSEMENT	Reimbursement of travel expenses will be made cash for EECA participants and as transfer/ credit notes for EU participants (upon receipt of original flight tickets and Boarding passes).
